The Whole Shabang is a completely outfitted trip with everything your group needs - 3 to 6 boats, equipment, food and shuttles. You only pay for the equipment and services you actually use, which means you can add or subtract to customize your Whole Shabang package. Our expert staff will prepare all the boats, shop and pack the food and coolers, provide round trip shuttles to and from Flagstaff – all with a smile.

Equipment and services provided:

Food Service
Daily menu plan
Complete food shop and pack

Shuttle Service
Roundtrip from Flagstaff for your put-in and take-out, up to 16 people
Ceiba consultant at your rig and de-rig

Equipment Rental
Ceiba’s fully rigged 18’ self-bailing boats with all imaginable and needed equipment
Complete kitchen, including everything needed to set up the kitchen, prepare food, enjoy all that great food, and clean up afterwards
Total toilet system, including dump and clean service after your trip
All NPS requirements, including handwash systems, COR’s, 1st Aids.

Recycling & Trash
Ceiba will gladly recycle to your trip's #1 through #7 plastics, paper products, aluminum, any steel, glass, and batteries for free. Your trip packet contains information and instructions on how to deal with all recylcable materials throughout your trip.
Free trip trash disposal
We donate to charity or compost any remaining trip food

One inflatable kayak w/helmet & paddle, 50 cal ammo can per person, kitchen Parawing, drag and throw bag per boat, all needed lifejackets including 2 spares, and camp fun in the form of horseshoes and bocce ball!

Not included: Personal gear, NPS fees, Hualapai exit fees, satellite phone minutes.

Average cost for The Whole Shabang for 16 people, 16 days, and (5) 18’ self bailing boats: $820.00 per person. Price per person per day is: $51. Check out the sample quote sheet below.

Or - extend your trip and check out the lower end of the Canyon! If you go past Diamond Creek to Pearce Ferry Ramp or South Cove, Ceiba can provide you with the 15 HP motor, transom, gas, tanks, and lights needed to go across Lake Mead.
