Trip Payments and Details

Mexico
Reservations & Deposits: To reserve space on a trip, print Ceiba's Trip Application (2 pages) and send it along with a $350 deposit per person to Ceiba Adventures. The full trip balance is due 45 days prior to departure, unless other arrangements have been made. You will be notified upon receipt of your deposit, which must be made in US currency exclusively.

Cancellations: If you must cancel your trip, your cancellation must be in writing and received by Ceiba Adventures. Your deposit and balance will be refunded, less a cancellation fee as follows: Cancellation up to 60 days before departure -- $75; 59 - 30 days before departure -- $250; cancellations less than 30 days before departure date forfeit any refund unless the trip space can be filled.

U.S. River Trips
We adhere to the reservation, deposit, and cancellation policies set by each commercial river trip outfitter.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as personal checks and money orders.
