We must charge Arizona state tax of 6.725% on all
rentals and shuttles. Tax is NOT figured into quoted
prices.
A Deposit of 50% of your estimated total is due
60 days prior to your launch date. Only a deposit
will reserve the necessary items and shuttles for
your trip.
Full
Payment is due 30 days prior to your launch date.
Cancellations must be in writing and received by
Ceiba. If you cancel your trip 30 days or less prior
to the launch date, a $100 cancellation fee will
be applied. However, if you use our services again,
we will credit this amount to your next trip.
Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard
for all payments.
An Assumption of Risk form must be signed by each
participant on the trip, prior to the launch date.
Damaged
goods: We will keep a copy of your credit card on
file for all equipment rentals. This acts as a security
deposit on the equipment. You are responsible for
any loss or damage to the equipment. A rate of $25
/ hour will be charged to you for repairable damage,
or your credit card will be charged the cost of
replacement.
