Ceiba Adventures is very flexible with our
deposit and payment policies. We have a guide
line for all groups to try to adhere to. However,
we fully understand with our current economy
and trying to get all your friends and family
together, money is always an issue. Ceiba
works closely with each and every group and
individual, always willing to "think
outside the norm" to make things happen.

Arizona Sales Tax When to pay Deposits Cancellations Credit Cards Damaged Goods Assumption of Risk
As of June 1st, 2010 there was a tax increase
and we must charge a 7.725% on all rentals
and shuttles services.
A deposit of 10% will reserve your rentals
and services. 50% of your estimated total
is due 60 days prior to your launch date.
Full
Payment is due 30 days prior to your launch
date.
Cancellations must be in writing and received
by Ceiba. If you cancel your trip 30 days
or less prior to the launch date, a $100 cancellation
fee will be applied. However, if you use our
services again, we will credit this amount
to your next trip. If any food pack costs
have been incurred, these are not refundable.
Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard
and Discover for all payments.
An Assumption of Risk form must be signed
by each participant on the trip, prior to
the launch date.
Damaged goods: We will keep a copy of your
credit card on file for all equipment rentals.
This acts as a security deposit on the equipment.
You are responsible for any loss or damage
to the equipment. A rate of $45 / hour will
be charged to you for repairable damage, or
your credit card will be charged the cost
of replacement. Depending on the exact damage,
an additional administrative fee will apply.

to, emissions of electromagnetic radiation
such as radio waves, microwaves, infra-red
radiation, visible light, UV, X-rays, alpha,
beta and gamma rays, neutrons, neutrinos,
positrons, N-rays, knives stones, bricks,
spit wads, spears, javelins, etc.). Other
restrictions may apply. Breach of these conditions
is likely to cause unquantifiable loss that
may not be capable of remedy by the payment
of damages."
